San Francisco, Calif. — On Wednesday, January 15, the developers of the "Marvel in the Mission" welcomed the Plaza 16 Coalition and over 100 community members to La Fenix at 1950 to begin the design process of what will be the biggest 100% affordable housing development in the neighborhood's history.
